You know how sometimes you just look at something in a different way? Well, I have a pile of cobbles in the garden that I didn’t know what to do with – it’s been moved from one place to another. Then one day I thought “what would happen if I painted one of them?”, the results are below. They take a lot more setting up and work than painting a flat canvas but the results are amazing!
This is the first ‘rock’ that I’ve attempted (#001) and I think it’s turned out really well. The stone is 17cm and the overall height is 23cm, it weighs 2.2Kg ! and I think
